How can I register my document?  I'm so frustrated...

Initially, I had on my computer Adobe Reader XI I think.  I could enter my signature on the forms and send by e-mail to the people who sent them.  Recently, he asked me to create a certificate at the entrance of my signature but it wasn't the same.  So I uninstalled the program and tried to download a new version, a free version.  I'm not sure that's what I did.  You have to pay for the software Adobe Reader order to use signature think (I can't even think what I mean)... Can someone help me out here.  I have important documents that I need to come back and I can't seem to make it work as before.  Help, please!

With CD player, Adobe changed the works of e-signature way with Forms. In short, if the document contains form fields, the tools of e-signature are not available as they were in previous versions.
