  I can't help but wonder if the computer is still on the same network as the printer. Even if you have no more than the computer, you may give it to someone else who uses the same network as you?   When you go into chrome and settings under the box "at startup". You put to 'open a specific page or set of pages? If so, you will see 'Set the Pages' option and just make sure that Bing is not listed as a page that opens upward when starting Google Chrome.
