  I have downloaded a PDF 165 page file to the cloud of document, open the document and then attempted to use the Organizer to extract the 2 pages of the document to be saved in a separate file.  However, I can't use the Pages feature organize because I get a conversion failure - too many Pages.  Apparently, there's a max of 100 pages?  When I subscribed to this service, there never any mention on a limit on the documents page.  Is there a way I can save these pages in a separate file?

  The PDF form must be extended drive in order to have this feature to save & print the form data.

  Please confirm by the PDF Creator is the PDF reader or not extended.

  Otherwise, if you have Acrobat installed on your system, you can reader extend PDF form yourself.

  The simplest solution would be to reinstall the software of full functionality for the printer.

  For your first question, I recommend you to go to the Edit Menu-> preferences-> category accessibility-> substitute Page display and choose "single Page continuous."

  Is the empty screen, because just the screen is broken, or is the iPad just dead? Have you tried a soft-reset/reboot it?

  At least you can see what you touch on the screen of the iPad, you cannot force a backup to iCloud.

  If the iPad still works and is connected to wifi, a backup should automatically happen (if iCloud backups are enabled) if it is connected and the locked screen.

  5 pages is located in your Applications folder.

  Pages ' 08 is located in your Applications/iWork ' 08 folder.

  If you open your old documents Pages ' 08 with 5 Pages it will convert and if not damage, remove a large number of useful features.

  You will probably regret upgrading to 5 Pages which Apple has made extremely inconsistent and keeps changing its file format.
