How can I see font in Acrobat DC

I use on a daily basis in a way that I build websites based on designs in PDF Acrobat files. I don't like this for many years, but with the new version of Acrobat, I can't see fonts more. When I edit mode and select some text, I can see for example this is 12pt Verlag but is it Verlag "BOLD" book or medium or light? I know that I can open the PDF in Illustrator and get information from there, it's something I do now, but in the latest versions of Acrobat I could select text, click with the right button of the mouse and choose 'Properties' and I'm getting all the necessary information. It was longer than now that it appears on the right side panel information but more detailed information. I prefer Acrobat as I can jump quickly between pages as I have them all in a single long PDF and it uses less resources than Illustrator. I guess it may have something to do with fonts not being installed, but this has never been the problem and I do websites were I web fonts. And I know that I can sync typekit fonts, but not all fonts are in typekit. So I wonder do I miss something here, is there a workaround, or was the neglected feature and can be added by Adobe?

I thinke "HelveticaNeueLT Std Blk" appeared because you have installed however police if you have not it would not appear. Please take a look at the following comparison drawn with exact same file in Acrobat and Illustrator. In Acrobat, you can tell only Verlag is only in Illustrator, you can find his 'book' and it's problem here. I'm not wishing to change the police even to know what it is without having to open each page in Illustrator.
