  Try this:

  1. go to http://stock.adobe.com

  "2 Select" ""license history " in the drop-down menu directly under your username at the top right of the page.

  3. click on the ID of the desired image in the list that appears for the detail of the image.

  4. choose 'save to office' (or 'Save to CC Library') [re-] download the full high resolution image.

  Download the product can be done immediately, however if you bought the subscription, you must wait to activate the product until the payment goes through, and the same goes for a perpetual license product once the payment goes through you will receive your serial number to activate the product.

  Normally, if you just visit the web page and do scroll down through the postings, you will find your previous discussions, unless they are too long to have stayed on the first page.

  Alternatively, if you click on your name or your icon it will take you to your profile page, where you can choose the option "Contained" to see what you've posted in various discussions.  From there, you can click on listed to get to actual postings to add more to them.

  No saving necessary data and re-installing Windows Vista might be the best option, but here
  are a few others.

  You can save your files by putting the drive in another computer as a 2nd disk (best) or external
  Drive USB enclosure and then backup to removable media such as CD, DVD or other USB drives.
  Of course a real store of the computer or the manufacturer of your system can help to recover the files.

  Or you can use a boot Ubuntu CD to back up data.

  Black screen problems are extremely difficult to repair and all patch is usually on a base hit or miss.
  That there is no information on a black screen as it is on a blue screen just adds to the
