How can I see my pix (4.4) flash size?

I want to update my pix of 4.4 (7) to 6.x.And to my pix520 to have at least 16 M flash and RAM of 32 M.

But I don't know the size my pix520 flash.

should what command I use?

A. Si you make a show version command on your PIX, and the size of the Flash is not given in MB, then use the table below to see how Flash has your PIX.
