  No it's not a problem.

  Remember in your panel of layers that your header elements are higher than your content page items.

  A good way to prevent this is to create three folders in your layers panel.

  1: header

  2: content

  3: footer

  Have all your content in the header in the file header in your layers, content panel in the content, etc..

  This way your header content will always be at the top.

  Go to tools/options/manage addons button at the bottom right and then delete the yahoo toolbar. It will be the option restart firefox. When it restarts the menu yahoo also disappeared.
