  Its been a while since I posted the last looks like I solved my problem. It turns out that the files were not open properly because they were saved as files 7z. I installed a 7z Extractor so I can open the files without a problem now.

  Personally, I would contact support for your software scanning or their OCR software. Looks like the player does everything it is supposed to do.
