My PDF are created as (SECURE) - how can I stop this?

All of my PDF files created and sent to the customers arrive with them as SECURE so that their software scanning OCR can not read.

How can I stop my PDF being created as SECURE?

I have only the free downloaded PDF Reader XI.

Thanks in advance,

PhilipB

Personally, I would contact support for your software scanning or their OCR software. Looks like the player does everything it is supposed to do.
