  If you have already added a UDID of these iPads, you can send the ipa using Dropbox/Sendnow/email etc. E-mail filters usually treat ipa as SPAM, so there maye delivery problems.

And because it uses the synchronization of Kindle service, your library is automatically synchronized to your device, you we automatically know that book you are reading, and what page you finally had to.   Yep, it's a one-way synchronization, server sync then for Firefox Home Office. Don't Synchronize FirefoxHome on the synchronization server.

  You do not have.  Cannot install iOS Apps devices from anywhere, but the App store.   If it is not in the App Store, the app is very probably not designed for iOS and would not be able to be run in any case.
