  Captivate allows you to edit audio files in a certain extent, but you must make sure that you are in the EDIT Audio dialog box tab drag, not the tab add/replace.

  You can't cut and paste a piece of audio from a slide to another using this dialog box.  You can only copy and paste audio part of the audio clip to another part of the same clip.  In order to combine audio from a separate clip you must insert the whole clip and then cut out the pieces you want.  Tedious, I agree, but it's like that.  If you have the creative cloud Adobe, Adobe Audition to edit your clips outside Captivate.

  You just need to synchronize the settings.

  Open photoshop

  Click on edit-> preferences-> sync settings (Windows) or Photoshop-> preferences-> sync settings (MAC)

  Click OK

  On the machine where you have all this created Workspace, just download the settings to the cloud, and on the other machine to open the preferences of the same area, then download the settings.

Also, I realized that I don't have Microsoft Office, but the Group Premium only, loaded on my new system and I was wondering if this had an impact on the download.  So I downloaded for free at office of the balance, but this made no difference to my transfer of such information across.  Could someone kindly help me with this problem.  I'm not very experienced with computers so would appreciate what needs to be done in the simplest if possible terms.   Thanks a lot waiting for your answers.  JJP

  If you have first analysed information on the XP PC, then temporarily disable Avira and complete the task of copy on your Windows 7 PC.

  You can try to copy the information in small batches to see what Avira dislikes.

  This could be problematic. I guess or OE is over? This would make it easy.
   
  One thing you could do requires some manual work, but much less removal of dupes. For example, the Inbox. In the machine, you are going to scrap, create a new folder and move all messages in your Inbox to it. After you import on the other machine, you can drag the messages you need this folder in the Inbox, and then remove the user created the folder.
