  But make sure you follow the instructions on the page before you start the download.

  But Acrobat 8 Pro and Standard installers are different so pro trial version cannot be used to install and license Standard version.

  A single license for Adobe software allows you to install the software on two computers. However, you can use the software on a single computer at any given time.

  If you want to install the software on a third computer, deactivate the software on the computer on which you will no longer use the software. Then, activate the software on the new computer. Uninstalling the software does not disable it.

  You must disable the software first by going to the "Help" menu in Acrobat and choose "disable".

  You can then go ahead and install Acrobat 9 standard on your other computer and activate with serial number.

  You can install Lightroom on your new computer and transfer the complete catalog as well as all the original images of the current machine again in order to get access to the same changes and complete library.

  You have not necessarily need face the disabling of the software on your old machine, because you are allowed to have the software installed on both machines.  But it may be useful to disable if you wish to no longer use this computer so that you have a second activation available if you need it.

  Will your serial number to the extent of the problem, you will need to head Support Adobe directly to solve that.  I don't know if this means the same chat service, you called "Customer Service".

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
