  New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure.   Use a cleanser.  Alcohol soft or similar.   Unplug the keyboard and cushioning a q-tip, rub gently on the keys.   Leave it a while, then reconnect the keyboard.
