  Right-click on the empty space & create a new user with your name or one.
  Sign in with your newly created account. Open again ' LUSRMGR. CSM '
  Find the user to be deleted. Make a right click on it & delete the user.
  Close the window.
  Browse the folder "Documents and settings" & remove the old user folder.
