  I followed the instructions on the card that came with the software... indicating that, if I look at my computer it was telling me that my computer works... either 64 or 32, but it does not work.  So my question is, how do you know?

  However, if you now have XP 32 - bit or 64-bit XP isn't the issue that relate to your decision to install 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7.  This decision depends on the question to know if your hardware can support a 64-bit operating system.  In this regard, the main reason for users to install a 64-bit operating system is to allow the use of more than 4 GB of RAM.  If your hardware does support more than 4 GB of RAM, there is no interest to install the 64 bit version of Windows 7.

  I don't think you read the instructions.  You will need to download a new installer. It does not use your discs.

  Here's what it says in the instructions: "to run a CS2 application, uninstall your existing CS2 application and install a special version that doesn't require activation. You cannot reinstall from your original disks. »

  Follow the intructions again more carefully.
