How cffileupload and store the paths of files in a database?
I use CF 9 and work download multi-fichiers. I need help is a help desk page that displays the names of files with links to the files that are uploaded with the form that a user submits. When I view a page admin, I need to see the form results to email with a list of downloaded files and links to where they are.
Any ideas on how I can get an admin page to show only the files associated with each form submission? I guess I have to find a method for stroring each path of file uploaded to a database, but I don't know how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
You can do the following:
(1) create a database table named uploadedFile. Columns can be, for example,
upload_id: INT, autoincrement, primary key
DateTimeCreated: DATETIME
ServerFile: varchar (50)
serverdirectory: varchar (30)
(2) make your multi-upload, for example,
myMultiUploader.cfm
myUploadFiles.cfm
Insert in uploadedfile (datetimecreated, serverdirectory serverfile) ("values (#cffile.timecreated #,"#replace(cffile.serverdirectory,"\","/","all") # "," #cffile.serverfile # ")

Resource monitor is really an extension of part of the tool used long ago to Windows.

I want to insert a signature that I hosted on a web server without having to create and save the local html file on my computer, is it possible? I know that I can insert a picture from a web server as part of my signature, which is not what I'm asking. Is there an add-on or anything else that can help me to insert my signature from a web server directly, without having to host the file locally?
You do not have to store the signature on your computer, but Thunderbird will not bind to a text or HTML signature on a remote server file.
Thunderbird is waiting for you to provide a simple signature to provide the URL to the 'IMAGE' stored on the remote server and this link should be included in Thunderbird, if not how to be referenced in the message?
You can always include a link to the text that is stored remotely or a HTML signature in your message, but the recipient will activate it? Once again this link would be stored in the message

Is it possible to define the name of the path and inside the MSI log file
Is it possible to define the name of the path and inside the MSI log file, so that it should not be set from the command line. This way just race the msi causes always a logfile in a specific path and the file name?
Read the following article and see if it helps. In my view, it is possible to use InstallShield, but I'm not sure. It's just a little out of my League. http://www.flexerasoftware.com/webdocuments/PDF/msi_writing_to_the_log_file.pdf.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

How to store the ASO dat file in different location
Hi all
I have a requirement where I need to store the .dat (ASO) file in one location other than the folder where are stored the artifcats of enforcement. In OSB, we can right-click the database properties, edit, and in the storage tab, we can choose where the data files and indexes must be stored. We have a similar option of ASO too? because the space we have for the application files are limited and we have a separate drive of SAN for the storage of the data and index files, and this is where the BSO .pag files are stored. Since our ASO cube is more I want to move the data to a location where the data of the BSO, I mean for the player designated for data. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.Yes, ASO has the notion of 'spaces '. There are four (by default, temp, log and metadata), but you probably just want to pass the tablespaces 'default' and 'temp' in your location of SAN. Temp will look really small (i.e. empty) until you run a restructuring or consolidation, then it will explode to the size of the default storage space so it is important not to miss.
See the section "Managing storage for ASO bases" here http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17236_01/epm.1112/esb_dbag/asysadmn.html, or the MaxL "alter tablespace" command http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17236_01/epm.1112/esb_tech_ref/maxl_alttabl.html here.
EDIT: Actually, looking at the documentation, I see that you can't move the metadata or journal storage. But you're probably only going to worry about 'default' and 'temp' anyway.

Parsing xml and store the details in the hierarchical tables
Hi all
I'm trying to parse a xml code and store the details in the hierarchical tables, however, I am unable to analyze the child attributes of tags and store the details in relational format.
Oracle - 11.2.0.4 version
My XML looks like in below:
<Root> <ParentTag name="JobName" attrib1="Text" attrib2="SomeOtherText"> <ChildTag childAttrib1="SomeValue1" childAttrib2="SomeValue2" /> <ChildTag childAttrib1="SomeValue3" childAttrib2="SomeValue4" /> <ChildTag childAttrib1="SomeValue5" childAttrib2="SomeValue6" /> <OtherChildTag childAttrib1="SomeValue1" childAttrib2="SomeValue2" /> </ParentTag> </Root>
The table structure is as follows:
create the table parent_details
(
job_id number primary key,
VARCHAR2 (100) job_name,.
job_attrib1 varchar2 (100),
job_attrib2 varchar2 (100)
);create the table child_details
(
child_id number primary key,
number of parent_job_id
child_attrib1 varchar2 (100),
child_attrib2 varchar2 (100),
Constraint fk_child_details foreign key (parent_job_id) refers to parent_details (job_id)
);After analysis, I would expect the data to be stored in the format below:
Table Name:- parent_details ID Name Attribute1 Attribute2 1 JobName Text SomeOtherText ChildTable (Store Child Tag details) ID Parent ID Attribute1 Attribute2 1 1 SomeValue1 SomeValue2 2 1 SomeValue3 SomeValue4 3 1 SomeValue5 SomeValue6
I tried following SQL, but it does not work. Please suggest if the same SQL can be improved to get the details in the expected format or should I use another solution.
select job_details.* from test_xml_table t, xmltable ('/Root/ParentTag' passing t.col columns job_name varchar2(2000) path '@name', attribute1 varchar2(2000) path '@attrib1', attribute2 varchar2(2000) path '@attrib2', childAttribute1 varchar2(2000) path '/ChildTag/@childAttrib1' ) job_details;
I'm not forced to have a SQL solution, but would if it can be in SQL.
Kind regards
Laureline.

Well, the XML contains hierarchical data, and SQL is a "dish" of data, so it's up to you to treat lines that are coming out of the flat style and determine how to get that in separate tables.
Suppose that we have several nodes of ParentTag each containing several nodes of ChildTag...

How can I return the path of a test step VI in LabVIEW?
I would create a VI that will return all of the VI paths that are associated with the test steps in a TestStand sequence. How can I return the path of the VI associated with a test step? Here is a starting point that will return the first step of the sequence.
You must convert the Module to a LabVIEWModule (use the variant to the data node), then you can use LabVIEWModule.VIPath. If you use TestStand 2010, you can call LabVIEWModule.GetVIAbsolutePath to find the VI in the case you are calling with a project.
