How creat a summary report with txt.

Hi all

I want to create a summary of the report with .txt, and I disabled the feature of report generation in teststand.

I created a complex sequence, includes some sub-sequences, example: the UUT is tested on three different temperatures and four different voltages conditon. So I creat three subsequences (different temperatures) there are four steps (different voltages), then mainsequence invoke three subsequences to excute test.

I only want to get the fail-no summary, include: name of the step-fail, status

How do I? Thank you very much

You can use Parameters.Step.Name to get the name of the step failed. You can also use something like Parameters.Step.StepType.Name is 'NI_MultipleNumericLimitTest' to the different types of filter steps.

To the extent where the string any failure...

You can check RunState.CallStackDepth to see callers how you deep. Based on this information, you can use RunState.Caller.Caller. (in sequence but of many appellants deep, you are). RunState.Step.Name or. Sequence.Name

So if the CallStackDepth is 1, you can only use a caller. If it was 2, need to recursively would you use 1 caller and then 2 appellants and so on.

  • Creating a new report with 1 seal import

    Hi all

    When I import a discoverer workbook that is already existing I always use the following two options.
    1 update the object
    2. by the identifier.

    But more than once, I see that import creates another report with the same name with a 1 on the end of the name of the report to make it unique (being the same owner).
    Whereas, according to my understanding, I think a refresh would crush the report pleased just rather than create a new one with a 1 on the end.

    Please advice is there anything that I'm missing when importing the report, so a 1 is not appended to the name of the report, and it should just replace the existing one.

    Kind regards
    Shruti

    Hello

    If you look at the properties of the workbook under file-> manage workbooks or files-> properties of the workbook, you will see the identifier of the workbook. If any workbook has the same identifier as the existing workbook the option replace ensure that the workbook is to replace. If the names are different, then a copy will be created.

    You can change the identifier to be the same or must match or the name of the workbook to make sure that a copy is not created if the names are different.

  • How to create a tabular report with alphabetical link at the top

    Hello

    I have a db of the users table and have created a report based on this table, but I want that each letter of the alphabet at the top of the report so that users can click on the letter and see all the records where the username field begins with that letter.

    How can I achieve this?

    Thank you

    Hello user11243298 (please tell us your name).

    Your report query might look like this (assuming that the page number is 1):

    Select some_column1, some_column2
    of your_user_table
    where username as: P1_INITIAL | '%'

    For the letters at the top of the report, here are some options:

    -If you want that all the letters to appear or not lines, you can create a series of buttons or links, one for each letter and specify the target URL make return to the report page, defining the P1_INITIAL element to each letter.

    -If you want only the letters which were stored, is to create a dynamic LOV based on a query like this:

    Select distinct superior (substr (username, 1, 1)) d, high separate v (substr (username, 1, 1))
    of your_user_table
    order from the top (substr (username, 1, 1))

    Can use it for a list of selection with submit, again targeting the report page and the P1_INITIAL parameter to the selected value.

    Hope this helps (if this is the case, please reward it),.

  • How a host Summary Reports on the entire inventory?

    We have a lot and lost guests and would like to make a report of synthesis host in all areas. VIC, I can only do this one host at a time. It would be nice to choose a data center or the entire inventory and run this report. Any ideas on how to do something like that?

    Kind regards

    Garrett

    What characteristics do you look for in the host State? It's simple enough to write powershell scripts using the box tools VI and all data you like to export to a csv file.

    Here is a simple script that will give you the inforamtion on a virtual machine. It will give you the name, host, powerstate, memory, numcpu, IP, & hostname.

    $IPprop = @{name = 'IP address'; Expression = {$_.} Guest.IpAddress}}

    $HostNameProp = @{name = "Hostname"; Expression = {$_.} Guest.Hostname}}

    Get - VM | SELECT name, host, powerstate, MemoryMB numCPU, $IPprop, $HostNameProp | Export-csv c:\vm_info.csv

    Im trying to create a report that has two columns in each column, there is the dimension of the year. In the first column, there are the current POS for the year, but in the second column, I would like to first year unfounded POV automatically, without using a command prompt. Y at - it a function or a way to do it?
    Tanks yuour foy help!
    Edu

    Use the relative function.

    The first column will be set to use the POV of the user.

    For the second column... see the tab named 'Functions' Select the function "RelativeMember". To the member row - select user POV. For offset, enter-1... that automatically selects the previous year.

  • Navigate from a (summary) report to other (detail)

    Hello friends.
    I am trying to build a summary report with two columns.
    Column A column B
    ABC PQR
    ABC XYZ
    DEF LMN
    DEF RST
    That is to say it is a unique value in column B.
    Now, what I want to achieve is, if we click on any value in column B, a detailed report opens showing this value and some additional data.
    Column A column B column C column D E
    ABC               PQR              ...               ...               ....

    ABC               PQR               ...               ...               ....

    ABC               PQR               ...                 ...               ....

    Assuming you click PQR, synthesis report, detail report will look like above.

    Basically the detailed report will be initially built for each value in column B of the report. When you click on PQR it filters the second report and display only the values for it.
    The report must be run from the table edge and that the link from summary report that we will be provided.
    Please guide me on how to do this. Any idea will be useful. Thank you...

    Hi Max,.

    The best way to achieve this is through a navigation. Make two reports, one with the summary and the other with the details. Make sure that they both use the same domain that the filtering will be more difficult, and sometimes impossible. The target report (the wave with the details) to define a filter "is invited" on column B. In the synthesis report, define the interaction on the navigation (to the detail report) on column B.

    It should work.

    Best regards, Tim

  • Interactive report with Null columns

    I have a user who wants to export an interactive report, and there need to some columns will appear on export so that he can fill the data later (there is an intermediate step, while we work on getting all the data they need in the database). I created the report query, and there are a handful of columns null or empty (to keep the correct order for export). When I try to add this query to the APEX, in an interactive report, I get an "ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_040000.WWV_FLOW_WORKSHEET_COLUMNS_UK2) violated" error.

    Googling autour shows me that this happens because of the columns the same name, and the solution is to provide aliases for all columns. My report has alias on all columns, but I can't yet create an interactive report. I tried to change the columns null of empty strings, as well as encompassing the alias in double - quotes, but nothing works. However, I can use my original query to create a standard report, but due to export, this is not ideal.

    I was able to create the interactive report with a null and then edited the source column of the report to add to the others. This had to be done one at a time, given that you are trying to add several null columns at the same time gives the same error even once. Unfortunately, when I try and you run the page, I get a ' ORA-20001: get_dbms_sql_cursor error ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined "error.

    My original query:
    select customer.customer_name as customer,
           project.name as project_name,
           trunc(project.estimated_end_dt) as due_date,
           project_status.project_status_desc as status,
           null as revenue,
           project.baseline_effort as baseline_hours,
           null as projected_cost,
           null as est_gain_loss,
           project.actual_hours as actual_hours,
           project.estimated_hours as projected_hours,
           null as projected_cost,
           null as projected_gain_loss,
           null as roi
        from project,
             customer
      where customer.customer_id = project.customer_id
      and project.inactive_ind = 0
      and project.customer_id is not null
      and project.estimated_end_dt >= :DTP_P50_STARTDT
      and project.estimated_end_dt <= :DTP_P50_ENDDT
    order by customer.customer_name,
             project.estimated_end_dt;
    Can someone tell me a way to create an interactive report with multiple null columns?

    Hi shimmoril,

    The problem is probably that you have two columns aliased as 'projected_cost' (columns 7 and 11).

    Hope this helps,
    John

  • Apex 4.0 how use the interactive report filter feature?

    Hi all
    Sorry for the nub question, but if there is a way to create and save 'report' with the filter condition using a function?
    What I want to do is to create an interactive table called TASK report.
    Table has two columns I want to use for filtering:
    FDate - DATE - date
    TDate - DATE - to date
    Then, I need to create multiple saved reports:
    last week the tasks = where FDate between sysdate - 7 AND sysdate...
    last month tasks = where FDate between ADD_MONTH(sysdate,-1) AND sysdate...
    but,
    Interactive report filter does not accept sysdate or calls to functions ADD_MONTH.
    Is there an easy way to configure this feature?
    TIA

    Hi Thomas,

    Take a look at the type of filter 'Row' in the interactive reports filter dialog box. This allows more dynamic filters, such as those involving SYSDATE or ADD_MONTHS calls. See also the next thread for some more details on this:

    Re: Interactive report - line conditional highlighting date function

    Hello

    As part of HTMLDB_ITEM. This is a parameter of function - it should be a tank. In addition, if you use a recent version of the APEX, you should use the synonym APEX_ITEM reference HTMLDB_ITEM.

    Here is the statement of HTMLDB_ITEM parameter. SELECT_LIST...

        p_idx         in number,
        p_value       in varchar2 default null,
        p_list_values in varchar2 default null,
        p_attributes  in varchar2 default null,
        p_show_null   in varchar2 default 'NO',
        p_null_value  in varchar2 default '%null%',
        p_null_text   in varchar2 default '%',
        p_item_id     in varchar2 default null,
        p_item_label  in varchar2 default null,
        p_show_extra  in varchar2 default 'YES'

    You will see that it is a VARCHAR2 parameter.

    See you soon

    I'm on version 4.1.1.00.23 of the APEX. I've created a classic report and I am trying to sort. Here's how I'm trying to sort by column name. I have TotPGPV with sorting sequence 1 desc and NewTOTPGPV with sorting sequence 2 desc. I have Count1, Count5 with the sort column. What I'm asking is when the report is run can column sorting to default Count1 and Count5 descending instead of the ascendant. I don't see anywhere to set the default value for the sort column.

    Hi - on the report of the page attributes - that you show in your attached screenshot - you can select the columns to sort on the sort sequence as well as the direction of the sort, i.e. for a given column, you can choose to allow sorting on this column, what position this column must be in the sort sequence and whether to sort Ascending or descending by default (i.e. '1' means sort this column first and bottom-up and "1 desc") sort this column first and downhill). Don't forget that once you click on one of the headings of column during execution, it changes your sort settings and these settings are stored in your preferences, that is, they are used again the next time you log in your application and rerun the report.

  • [ADF, JDev12.1.3] master / detail af:tables the link is handled by ExecuteWithParams: how to create a master report / detail in a loop on the lines?

    Hallo,

    I have a page with 2 legs and they both contains an af:table created by dragging an instance of VO in the user interface.

    The 1st tab uses a master VO while the 2nd uses a VO detail.

    Between 2 your, there is not a link of VO master / detail.

    Opening Details tab I update the secondary table by calling the method ExecuteWithParams of the detail VO instance (in a managed bean).

    I would now like to generate a report that loop on the master table and that, for each line of master:

    • He writes in the report;
    • loops of registration of details (which are based on the master record) and also writes the report.

    Could you kindly suggest me which is the best way to achieve that through a code to write in a managed bean?

    Here I am interested how do to loop through the data, not in how to write the report.

    Thank you

    Federico

    Yes it will affect the selected line. If you want to ignore try using this code

        DCIteratorBinding iter = (DCIteratorBinding) BindingContext.getCurrent().getCurrentBindingsEntry().get("DepartmentsView1Iterator");
        ViewObject vo = iter.getViewObject();
        for (int i = 0; i < vo.getEstimatedRowCount(); i++)
        {
          Row r = vo.getRowAtRangeIndex(i);
          System.out.println("DeptId= " + r.getAttribute("DepartmentId"));

    The column Francisco appears twice - you'll need to use aliases for columns, for example:

    d.city_name as dep_name

    a.city_name as arr_name
