Response to customer comments/contact

Hello

Anyone know of any way contact people who bought my application?

Someone gave him a very bad rating saying the app does not work - I want to communicate with them, or to respond to feedback to know what it is.

I know the user name of the buyer, but may not know if or how I can their message.

You can always refuse the review if it is bad/useless/etc outright.

If you have not done this before, go to the "Manage products" page for your account on the supplier portal.

    I'm trying to figure out how to create comments that are customized for each question in the quiz in Captivate 6, for example:

    Question: What color is the sky?

    Answer A: Blue

    Answer B: Red

    Selected answer: Red (incorrect)

    I want to create a personalized message from your comments to each individual question, which explains WHY this answer is incorrect, such as:

    This is false.  The correct answer is blue, which is OK because _______ (add explanation here).

    The questions I ask in the quiz that I'm working now require responses very involved, and we use this quiz as a teaching tool for a final of an LMS review (rather than a test scored in Captivate).  I guess that's an 'investigation' in question rather than a "Graduated" question, but I still don't see a way to provide feedback or remediation that immediately follows the individual quiz question.  Is someone can you please help me solve this problem?

    When you use the multiple choice question type, you can select each answer option and activate Advanced response Option.  This gives you a legend of feedback for each answer option.  Simply configure the legend text according to your need.  This advanced answer option you also gives the possibility to trigger an Action to tip as well if you wish, but you can't demand that the sound of things.

  • Is there anyway of creating a custom comment feed Muse?

    Hey guys,.

    I want to create a Web site on Muse with a section where people can submit their favorite song. My hope is to create something where the visitor can submit their comments via a kind of contact form, and then displayed it during validation, the same section of the site, as a direct listing for other visitors can see what people have already provided.

    The stream live has no need to have the names or something like that, at least just a way to get the songs presented through the process of visitor-> supplies presents-> shift direct for viewing.

    Yes, comments from Facebook and Disqus will do that for you. For example, I use Disqus on http://blog.lawryk.com where viewers can comment on the individual articles.

    I'm trying to figure out if it a manner in Captivate 4.0 to automatically forward the learners in Question 1 to Question 2 (if they get the answer to the right Question 1) without having them click on the next and still button? This happens after a few seconds, after posting the feedback message.

    I think that you can accomplish by removing the legends of Question drag your real comments and adding your own text captions Standard that will be used for feedback. Report them as invisible until you are ready to reveal. Then build a tip Action that will be executed when the desired response is provided. The fast Action will serve to reveal the legends.

  • YouTube response in the comment section button does not work

    As of today, that the button "answer" in the comments on any youtube video has stopped working, generally, it evokes an input field when you click it, but now I have nothing except a blue glow around the button (cropped photo of what I see)

    So far, I tried the following without success

    • restart firefox
    • restart the computer
    • Reinstall the latest version of flash

    The button doesn't work if I go to a video page via internet explorer, but I despise this browser.

    I just changed from one Galaxy to the Turbo. So far, I love it - but I'm missing a feature, that I loved on my galaxy. I don't see where I can customize the text for my contacts notifications. I see the option for ringtones - but I wonder if it's not useful. Is it possible to assign specific notifications by contact?

    I use 3rd party app Textra, largely because of this capability (and other cusomizations as well).

    It is available in the game store.

    When I install a utility notification message personalized for a contact, how can I reset that?

    There is no button, option etc. for this.

    I played with the options and then discovered that it is permanent for all the messages I get from this contact. That I don't want.

    You should have a SOUND profile icon. Click that and then scroll down to SET ring TONE ALERTS. A click on that and the settings. Be sure to SAVE before you back out.

    According to the docs, the module_ratingfeedback will make your comments for an article.

    So there will be everything to loop through.

    What exactly are you trying to achieve? Can the {tag_commentspaged, collection model = 'collection_name' = ""} help?

    I know how to set a synchronization Action to add Contacts to a list, once the Contacts have been imported with the API block.

    I also know that the Contacts can be added as part of the import custom using something like Objetpersonnalise [xxx]. Contact.Field [xxxx]

    My question is, is - it possible to import custom with Contacts AND add to the list all at once?

    I did as you suggested and created a second stage of importation that is important that contacts and then adds to a list and it works very well.

  • Cannot change properties of the comments custom on a model of vapp in realization of Vcloud

    Using Warp commands, I was able to add custom properties comments in my TIME with the productSection API.  When I select my TIME and try to change the property of custom comments, it doesn't seem to save its State.

    It was one of the blogs that helped me to create the personalized comments property.

    When I click Properties. VAPP and comments properties tab, my custom property appears and has a text box for me to change.  The problem is that no matter what I do, the value in the text box never seems to be persistent.

    Does anyone have experience with this?

    Looks like I answered my own question.

    It seems that I can change the ownership of comments customized during deployment of a model.  That's all that I really need so I'll mark this as answered.
