  I have a t410 that my company has released me.  Works fine at the office on a wired network.  But I can't take anywhere and use wifi.  The only network he displays when you click the network icon in the status bar is Verizon Wireless (which is not the same configuration in our laptops).

  After the validation I continued searching this forum for an answer to my problem.  I found an old post on the t410 turn off random wireless connectivity.  It does this without any notice.  The hotfix that is described in this post is not applicable to the version (current?) of Thinkvantage on my new Lenovo.

  You can't prevent someone to save the file, but you can alert if a field's value has not changed.

  This will require a script to measure, however.

  What you describe means that there are other non-visible characters in the resistant line spacing. You can try to copy one of these blank lines and do a search in the file to replace what you copied with nothing and see if that gets rid of them.

  It is a scam, do not call the number. Close the pop up if you can. Or force them to quit safari if it won't let you. Also clean your history and cache files in safari. If you have extensions on in safari preferences turn them off.
