  There are two places. Press the three menu bar and there is an orange indicator that shows the tabs, a mask for private tabs icon then a synchronization for sync tabs icon. Tap on this icon and tabs of other devices should be there.

  On the desktop there should be on topic: sync-tabs. "Tabs from other devices" will be at the top of the page.
