How do I link to a specific part of a page (ie. to half way down)?

How to create a link that opens in _blank, but at a specified point on this new page in the new window? For example to go to a certain peak to halfway to the bottom of the links page?

Can I create a link on a page when you click on will take me to a specific part of another page or zoomed in part of the page? I know how to create links that will take me to another page, but I need to also zoom in on a specific area.

You ignored the most important detail... After selecting the action "Go to a page view" a floating window with a button "define the link."

At this point you should navigate to the page you want to link to, adjust the zoom setting and display the exact location of the page you want to display when the user clicks on the link. Press the 'Set' button, and your link will point to this exact point of view, not only for the page in general.

  • How to get links to a specific file?

You can set the option search and replace (under Edit) to find all the files in the site for the name of the image file.  It will generate a list of the found files containing this file name.  And just to be sure, in the discovery and the replace entries, put the same so that a wrong click does not change them something you don't want.

  • How do I link again in the world of all pages to the new index?

    Hello

Using DW 8 had a clue whose page I changed the name of indexlayers and who updated all pages of course with have how to tie all my pages to a new page I just called "index"? I need a global re-edit, but how do I do it?

    Thank you very much
    KO

Change the name of the index to the index-z. Then change the name to indexlayers to
the index. Then change the name of xindex AND REFUSE TO UPDATE PAGE index.
    Then replace a - z index indexes.

    Bada bing, bada boom.

Or do a find at the site level and replace to search for all instances of "indexlayers".
    to "index".

  • How to link to a specific topic in RoboHelp outside

It's maybe a stupid question, but I did a lot of research and may not know how to do this.  I use Robohelp to generate html help files.  Is there a way I can link to a specific section of a page outside of robohelp?  I looked at the links in the table of contents.  If I use the url of one of these links, I get the page to what I want to do a link, but it just happens that it's own page (without the frame of robohelp and content around it).  Hope this is clear.  Thanks in advance.

Yes.  Of course, if they then change this value of id, your link will fail...

Maybe see if it's any help. You may need the ms - its: or mk@MSITStore: syntax. Although I think I remember reading somewhere that design that opens the subject alone in a browser window, rather than the viewer HTMLHelp.

  • How can I search for a file that contains a specific part?

    Hello
In Windows 7, how to search for files whose names have a specific part as "PART2"?

Windows 7 search syntax to use would be:

  • How to remove hidden links (how to remove the links, ONLY the hidden parts of the document)

in Acrobat XI-> after deletion "text hidden" using the tool 'Remove hidden information'-> links still remain in the hidden passage / cropped -> so the real question is - HOW TO REMOVE THE LINKS HIDDEN in a PDF. An approach may be to remove 'links, Actions and Javascripts' tool 'Remove' hidden information - BUT it removes links TO the WHOLE OF the DOCUMENT - "how to remove the links, ONLY the hidden parts of the document"

Hidden text is the collection of glyphs in the PDF page using the text rendering mode 3 (no terms, no fill).

The links set up in connection with this hidden text are not 'hidden' (this isn't how it works with annotations PDF link - see ISO 32000-1: 2008).

Any link annotation placed in a PDF file are the same as any other annotation link (with the exception, of course, of whatever Action the link happens to).

Thus, no special sauce for the links that were placed in conjunction with now deleted "no hidden text.

In the context of what you wrote, maybe it's you select - Ctrl + click the link annotations of interest and press the delete key.

  • How to link to a specific spry in Adobe Dreamweaver CM³ tabs Panel?

    Hi all

I have a homepage using panels to Spry tab with 6 panels. I want you assign a URL that is unique to each panel so that I can link directly to each tab to other pages in the Web site.

I found this question asked and answered for previous versions of Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver CC now (starting August 2012) use widgets to jQuery UI for panels with tabs, so I think it's why I'm not having much success with solutions that are already out there.

Please note that I am relatively new to the web languages and Web site design.

I also created a version that shows how a link to a specific panel or a tab in a tab or jQuery UI accordion: http://foundationphp.com/tutorials/jqui_specific.php.

  • I need to replace a color on my image with a specific part of the image color.  How do I?

I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out how to replace a color on a part of my image with a specific color indicated on another part of the image.  So far, I was able to go to "Replace color" on my version of Adobe Photoshop, but it seems that I can only change the hue and brightness of the color that it is currently.  I need to use a specific color, so this didn't help me.  Does anyone know how to complete the task that I refer to?

In addition, please keep in mind that I use Adobe Photoshop 6.0, not a fancy cs version or whatever it is.  So it's fairly old school...

Any help/comments are greatly appreciated!  Thank you.

    Hello

In fact, you can choose a specific color using the replace color function!

Go to Image > adjustments >, replace color

Select the color you want to replace. Then, click on the 'Result' box in the section of replacement (see below)

A color picker dialog box opens, where you can use the eyedropper tool to select a specific color in your image, or you can enter the specific RGB/CMYK values.

Please post again if you have any other questions - I use CS6, but as far as I know, this process works the same for PS 6.0.

    Good luck!

  • How to link to a specific tabs Panel

I'm trying to bind to a specific panel of tabs in the navigation on my site. How can I associate with tab that isn't the default tab on a page?

Assuming that you have used Dreamweaver CS3 to insert the tabs Panel with
    the default name:

    Open the
    third tab

The number count in brackets is the number of the tab,
    of * zero *.
