How do I reference col tabular report in the onChange event of Txtfield

Hello

I need to have the event Onchange on Textfield.
Whenever I change the text field value, the new value must go to a particular column in my
tabular report.

In the onchange event, so I have to pass the column tabular report (target field) as well as the textfield value (this.value)
something like this:
onChange = "javascript:changeColVal(this,rowid); »

I have no idea how to spend the line id / individual column of the tabular report to textfield.

Pointers on this would be a great help.

Hi Vijay,

OK - now have a glance.

I changed the javascript code to check the cell with "Comments" as long as the value of the headers instead of 'Notes' we can get to the field notes hidden by the name attribute instead.

    Is it possible to write a script to report to the page number in a book by pop up a text file.

    What I'm trying to say:

    first of all, I opened an indesign book, thenI run the script, the script can gen a text pop-up file and the list of files, the file names and page numbers (only the star number of each file) and the script can also tells me that I have two files or more overlap page numbers (if any).

    I have been a proponent of the ADF, new fusion app and BI publisher. We use Oracle Fusion Application version 11.1.7.0.0 for the implementation of compensation and BI publisher is a part of it.


    I developed a report editor BI, placed under the shared folder-Custom, to incorporate the same in the merger enforcement home page. By following the video How to embed a report in a dashboard sale?-YouTube, I followed steps below


    1 administration-> work area page to customize

    2. add content

    3 click on "reports and analytics.

    4. click on 'BIPresentationServer '.

    5. file sharing

    6 custom


    Question: If I have reports under this 'Custom' folder, it says "empty folder". It shows that the 'analysis', but not all reports. Problem is not with this single file but all. I also made sure that I am able to see all the reports when I browse using Navigator-> tools - > reports and analyses.


    Anyone of you can guide me on what is the issue and what to do?

    I come to know of SR that in order to see the BI Publisher in the list of servers of presentation of values, we must incorporate the report BI Publihser inside an OTBI dashboard.

    So we need to create a "Dashboard" folder (it is wort then only we are able to see via fusion apps. Select and integrate), dashboard and then and add the report wanted to this dashboard. Now we can navigate to this dashboard, open it and select the page to include it.

    Could be useful for the ppl who faced a similar question. Thank you.

    2 create a report using an existing data model (browse and choose a data model)

    3. How do you create your report? (click used report editor)

    Layouts Excel generate only one exit Excel. (CSV takes no account of the provision is therefore an option for any layout.)

    You use RTF or PDF or page Template Builder (XPT) layouts to generate PDFS.

    The LOV to find output formats by modifying the report and selecting a list.

    The table has a column to the output formats, it is controlled by the format of the presentation that you have built.

    Your list seems to be a bit restrictive, you can do much more with the procedures of ODI.

    If you create the new procedure and add a step. In the 'source' tab command you define technology and pattern according to your source database. Use the unpivot operator as described in the link, please, instead of using "SELECT *' use the column names and aliases for example:"

    Then in your tab 'command on target' defined technology and drawing on your target db, then put your INSERT statement for example:

    That's why you use bind variables from source to load data into the target.

    I need to get the Details of the project deployed certification authority (I just need the name of the project), based on the events of deployment (which has the deployment id). I tried to get the details of the epub_deployment and epub_deploy_proj, but the data are not persistent here once the deployment is complete.

    Assuming you are trying to get the details of the project in your custom Java code, here's my thought. Not tried it myself, but I guess it can help to get what you are looking for. Let's say you have the available as a objDeploymentEvent DeploymentEvent object so you can proceed as

    So my question is when I created my conditional is similar to what I wrote above? I tried 1 Expression = Expression 2, but it did not work, which means that it returns any line.

    If it were me, I would simply in the WHERE clause to your tabular presentation.

    Of course, you are the only person who can decide how to deal with when there is no value in your: p14_project_id post - show all lines or show no.

    For example:

    I work at a request of customers, and he had the XYgraphics on the frront Panel. I'm working to modularize the program some to manage better code space. I'm currently passing the XYGraphs (2) of the Subvi to add graphical display to my reports. I must of course set the Subvi to show during the execution, so that temp bmp which is used for the handle graphics figure is created and passed to the excel or any other reporting tool. So my question, is there a way to transmit XYGraph references I can use directly to the report (e.g. XYGraph temp bmp main application file, instead of the copy in the Subvi? This removes this window of the screen for the generation of reports. Ideas appreciated?

    I finally found the Subvi feature to make the transparent Subvi, so I could show to get the file bmp temp chart for the report, but the user does not see it.

    I have ", working with the Version 4.2.1 of TestStand. I have a main sequence, which sous-séquences of different calkls. All these steps are reported correctly. One of the subsequences works like "new thread". How can I include his results in the common test report of the main sequence?

    I have variable markes of the subsequence as is required for the test report (it works OK if it's not a new thread). If the digital test, which is performed in this subsequence is correct, I get no results at all. If the digital test could not get a "message in red" who whithout having failed to test any reference to step somewhere in the report of the main sequence or values of vaiables that were not correct.

    I tried an option 'on the fly' in the Configuration of the report, but n ' got no useful result. What should I do?

    Hello Pericles,

    You can use a queue time for the results of the wire once it ends. Place a waiting time after the call to the thread in your MainSequence at the location where you want the results to add to the report (compared to other results). In the waiting step Setup tab, select wait: Thread the threaded sequence, and then select call to specify sequence call the radio button. You can also use an object reference if you need results if poster somewhere where elsewhere - you would just add an object reference to the appeal of sequence threaded in its thread settings dialog box.

  • JavaScript allows you to create cascading LOV to the tabular report only works on level 1

    I'm trying to implement a LOV cascading to a tabular report.  I have been using an example by Denes Kubicek (https://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=31517:315).  I am able to get this example works when I'm on the workspace hosted APEX (workspacehttps://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=67254:1 = COA demo/demo).  The example works as expected in the space of organized labor.

    My problem is when I take the application and import in a workspace internal APEX LOV Cascading sets the value of the first row in the table report; However, it does not define the following lines, and it does not dynamically change the values in the first rows of LOV, when another Department is selected.  I also tested the results by exporting the application on internal site to the hosted site. It works perfectly on the hosted site, but not inside.  Our internal APEX site is running version 4.2.2.00.11.

    The JavaScript code that is executed in dynamic Action is:

    Is it possible that our internal environment lacks some features used in code? How can I check to see if we have a missing function?  There are other reasons that the two environments react differently?
