How do I return a defective internal HDD?

I tried (unsuccessfully so far) see how to return a defective internal HDD. It is not an OEM disc. I tried to enter s/n - Y4951G1KS TZ5 and the DT01ACA200 model is simply not recognized.

In regards to the player itself, the PC stopped booting, so I removed the drive and use SEATOOLS for Dos test and the first thing he noted that SMART had been triggered, then it failed to a quick test. The computer is great except the HARD drive.

But I can't find where and how request an RMA or similar.
Can someone please help...

Have you bought the drive separately or mounted in the computer?

In any case, if I were you, I would contact the dealer... of course that if the warranty is still valid...
