  Any help on this incredibly annoying would be much appreciated; I googled the out of him, but without success. I have a month or so old Dell U2913WM which I am more than happy with picturewise, but he demonstrated a very annoying problem. Whenever my PC goes to sleep, or worse, when I turn off my system, the monitor goes power save mode BUT after 30 minutes or so flashes upward:

  OK I fixed this annoying problem. I thought I'd post here in case someone else falls on this problem.

  To remedy this I simply connected via DisplyPort and the monitor is no longer wakes himself of no apparent reason.

  Dell u2414h connected via native miniDP-> cable of DP for my Asus EAH6850 DP 1.2 mode

  I wonder to reinstall Windows 8, Windows 8, 1 and all my applications for the third time on a XPS 8700 I got in November. I thought that my image is bad is because the system will not install the version of Dell and Dell recovery created backup to work with Windows 8.1. The evidence is that the patch worked on another system. I'm sure that was the case, but it's not the same to know exactly what the problem with my system. Is it possible to see if an image is good, without having to take hours and hours and hours of time at it (to possibly find out that wasn't the problem after all).

Needless to say I care that much personal info could acceded as well as commercial information.  Security, 3 administartors (users) appears in some of the boxes, and I only know 2 of them, myself and the default admin?  I'm a recruit of the computer and the other person is somewhat a geek so I could really use some help. I am the system administrator, but don't really know what to look for. I would really appreciate if some wiz could help me.

  You can't find if someone has consulted and used the default Administrator account in Vista. You will need to set up a password so that no one will be able to access the admin account.
