  CS5 is several versions back and does not the recent Camera Raw updates in native mode, you can, however, use the converter DNG (Digital Negative) to convert your images to DNG and CS5 format should be able to open those.   The only way to do it with Photoshop, is to right-click on the clip and change the speed.  So if the clip was recorded at 60 fps and you use it on a timeline of 30 fps, set the speed to 200%

  

  Applications like Premiere Pro and After Effects (and possibly first Elements) allow you to change the frequency of images in sequence by sequence.   Photoshop is a tool very frustrating to use for video editing.  Premiere Elements existed comes with Photoshop Elements for a very reasonable price.  I have no experience with Premiere Elements, but I strongly suspect that this will be an order of magnitude better than Photoshop for video editing.

  Look at the PSD file on the location of Curt and Photoshop Document research. Beside him ideally should show Adobe Photoshop CS6 if you have Bridge open CS6. Click to provide the fly on the menu and choose the correct Photoshop from the list.

  But probably something went wrong with your installation. By default, Bridge chooses the latest version of PS to open its plug in.
