Unfortunately you cannot help but change the model however they want it immediately, but if you give them changes pretty much - different models and configurations for different types of campaigns - in most cases they should be able to find something that works, right?

  I'm sure you have already thought about this... it is a difficult question. You can implement all of the desired governance, but people get to change their habits which is the hard part, especially if you don't have the appropriate level of support to help you grow.
