How is it that when I open a window it maximizes and then both collapses

I installed a new mouse recently that seems to work OK but now whenever I have most of my screens that it minimizes then until finally he settled.

Sometimes I right click on the window and restore to optimize and stay there

If the problem is specific to an application, follow these steps to open the application in a maximized State.

a. right click on the application. Click on properties.

b. tab shortcut, define the drop down menu to RUN as maximized.

c. click on apply. Click OK.

If the problem occurs with most applications, check if the same behavior is too mode without failure.
