  You only set the function to run but not executed.

  You should add a line like:

  AtStartup();

  to your script.

  As noted if you have been set "defaultValue" to the fields, then clear the fields would remove any entry present and restore the default values.

  Or you could write a custom JavaScript to clear the fields and then run your startup script.

  Looks like you are using the toolbar icon that opens the bookmarks in the sidebar and not button Menu bookmarks with the drop marker that opens the menu drop down.

  the problem is resolved, be it in a different way. I tried your trick to wait 30 seconds after the registration and the recycling of the modem, but this had no effect.   You don't tell us your version of db, but if you're on 10g and above, Oracle marks as out-of-date statistics when the RASSI percentage reaches or crosses the 10%. 11.1 from automatic work, managed by the ABP process runs nightly 10om at 02:00 on weekdays (can't recall for weekends) and supports the same. The question, when to collect the statistics is actually very subjective in your environment. Most of the time, it would be a weekly or a night and work in a data warehouse, in the next window ETL. You would need to play with the amount of the percentage of blocks of the table before you would be able to come to percentage that can work for your plans in a good way. I also saw the return of cardinality plays a large role in the exercise sometimes. You can watch here as well.

  The question may arise if the currently loaded USB driver has become unstable or damaged, or if your PC requires an update for problems that could conflict with a device USB and Windows. This can also occur if your USB controllers may have become unstable or corrupt. So, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if the problem persists.

  Method 1:

  Please try the fixit (s) provided below which will help you solve common problems associated with devices and USB ports.
