  Usually, this is 5-7 business days, but occasionally it can take more time (even with iTunes App Store also). They may be on a staff limited due to the holidays, so be prepared for that. I have published many applications and none of them have taken anywhere near 4 weeks.

  I have Windows 7, I bought with an Advent Roma 3000 laptop from PC World over 2 years ago.  For more than 6 months now, I get a message that my Windows is not genuine and there is a message in bottom right of the screen "Windows 7 Build 7600, this copy of Windows is not genuine."  IT IS!  I've been to PC World, which just re-installed Windows 7 and said if it happens again I had to do it myself.  I've done 4 times and each time after about a week, it happens again. I bought it in good faith.  Obviously a MS update changes the status of Windows.  I've had enough, and if I can't sort I will soon buy a new machine, which will be an Apple because MS doesn't give a sh * t.  I tried to contact them, nothing works!

  Processing time will depend on the complexity of your document and the speed of your Internet connection. 30 minutes seems far too long (I have wait service expire and return an error). You convert via reader or the interface web https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf? You can try clearing the browser's cache, or by logging in using a different web browser to see if this speeds up things upward.
