  You can install your app cc and programs on an unlimited number of computers.

  the only (minor) limitation is that you can only sign-in (and therefore start) programs cc on, more than two computers at the same time, but that is not really a restriction because you can logout of the computers and computer b with c, so you don't have even remember to disconnect to connect on a 3rd.

  You can download on all the machines that you like.  You can't have two machines enabled to run the software.

  You can activate the software on up to two computers at the same time.

  You can disable it on a computer via help > deactivate then reactivate using the same step.

  You can install it on as many machines as you want.  All of these machines, you can have two of them signed at the same time.  If you try to connect to another, you will receive a notification that you have already two active so that you can disconnect one of the others.

  The subscription is an individual subscription, can be used by anyone, but the only person who contracts for it.  Although you can install and activate on two machines, only machines can be the subscription at the same time.  It is all part of the contract that the person who purchased the subscription has agreed to.
