How much it costs to buy Media Encoder?

Wow - I can't believe it's impossible to find the price of Adobe Media Encoder anywhere on your website!  I already have the composition of the photograph to CC; I want to add SOUL, but I can't find the price.  I spend $ 50 per month?  $20?

Before that I have buy - or sign up for CC-what I really need to know is that the new version will do for me.  I have the CS6 version, and it works fine for the occasional rock of 3 minutes video that I post on YouTube.  CC 2015 it will do better?  The old version presents a sufficient speed; I wonder if I should update for quality reasons.

Thank you, anyone can the chip here.

Adobe Media Encoder CC is installed as part of Premiere Pro and After Effects. It is not available as a stand alone purchase.

You can add a single app plan that includes Media Encoder (like Premiere Pro or After Effects) to your plan of photography or change the complete plan, as the case may be, you need other programs or not.
