  With regard to the cancellation of a plan without penalty goes, this is something only Adobe Support can organize to contact you through.  I guess you have to pay for the new system first before they will consider allowing it.

• Payment options, Paypal Pro and it's not working...

  Well, we just got a site to the top and online (shopsweetsandtreats.com) and we are testing experience shopping/catalog. Our client uses his Paypal Pro payment gateway. Under the Registrartion-buy form payment options, I deleted all the options not used and left Paypal (option 5). This resulted in an error message shown here...

  

  We filed a claim for support and said that he needed to change the option paypal of 5 to 1 number in the HTML form. We've done. Now, the error message disappeared, but all we get is a receipt screen indicating that payment has been made (even if it isn't).

  The form is supposed to redirect to Paypal in order to proceed with the transaction, but it does not work.

  Any help is appreciated.

  I was the one who treats your file.

  Basically the idea is good, but you're a bit confused on the works of gateways not transparent vs how seamless.

  Seamless - PayPal Pro and Standard Web Site will NOT redirect and will process payment within the site.

  Non-seamless - PayPal Standard will redirect to PayPal so that the customer can complete the transaction.  It is as the mode of payment #5.

  So depending on your needs, it seems that you need a non-transparent bridge configuration you will need to use PayPal Standard and also re - apply the payment #5 to the form to get this solved.

  The case with PayPal Pro since it's a transparent gateway payment will process without any redirection.
