Problem with edit - change of credit card payment options
Hello, could you tell me why I can't change payment options in my subscription? I had to change bank operator and since adobe won't accept any other card (I tried 4 different cards of 4 different banks)

Problem with the change of payment details

I tried many times to update my credit card payment information, but I can't change the 'old'.
I still got the message "there is a problem with the information of card entered here. Please enter another card or contact your bank. »
The card is newly issued and is on the name of my company. I paid her for other accounts online without a hitch, then there is no problem on my side.

I have problems with this month, Adobe CC Plan payment. Initially, the problem was not being able to update the credit card information (error: PMT_000008), after having tried several browsers, clean cache and introducing the new card number (I have 8 requests for prior authorization charged to my new card) I was able to update the information of the card , but the old card is displayed in the "Payment information" section (masterCard * 41 this is the old card), but in the "registered Payment Options", the new map is saved as the default (* 18 new card). So I was wondering. The information of credit card offers day or not, because you have tried to load twice the old Cardinal
I already tried with the support (to appeal, they have not), any help would be good.
I checked that you have bought in a Digital shop CC river, unfortunately the credit card can be changed by contacting support.

Unfortunately there is no option to change credit card, paypal or vice versa.
If you want to change your payment information, you will need to cancel the subscription and buy a new subscription with a different payment option.

You can cancel your subscription and purchase a new subscription using the method of payment of your choice.

Change the credit card on Pay Pal payment option: not so fast!
I have been informed by cat care client Adobe tonight that if you are currently subscribed creative cloud you can not change your payment option credit card with Pay Pal without cancel your subscription and get a new one. Can someone please explain to me why I have to jump through hoops to Adobe for an option which should be a simple change in their payment system?
PayPal is a third party making the payment on the account of the customer, the credit card payment is directly through the Bank.
The payment system are strictly regulated in virtue of planned policies & guidelines. It cannot be changed.
Care credit may be changed.

I can't change my credit card number
I can't update my new card number and so I get a message asking me to re-new my subscription when I just paid it.
