  Whenever I log on the site it says that the payment options are blocked. I can't call landlines or mobile phones. I contacted Skype customer service and they had me send a verification form. I completed this form 4 times already and each time that it gets rejected and im asked to do it again. I created this account more than 8 years ago with an email account that does not exist. I don't know what to do, as I have if I remember every detail.

  Since the customer service custom Skype tell me whats wrong with the form, and I can't think of any other specific details, I can't actually verify my account.

  I have a problem paying applications out of the BBWorld with the invoice from the vendor.

  We need this payment option to satisfy the finacial controller. The Don t want to pay with paypal or a credit card.

  Now, I tourned the payment for payment with the invoice from the vendor. But when I try to buy an app with my smartphone provided payment options are only credit card and paypal.

  If I try to buy an app on the store of the computer, I have the smartphone-button. I have activity button and nothing arrived except the change of color of the activation button.

  I can't connect to my blackberry app world account using my email address and password.  Once logged in, if I click on "Payment options" or "Blackberry ID", I am invited to my username and password again.  My e-mail address and the password does not work at this point - there is no error message, it clears all the fields username and password and username and password again in a perpetual loop.  I tried to use different browsers and different computers.

  With regard to the cancellation of a plan without penalty goes, this is something only Adobe Support can organize to contact you through.  I guess you have to pay for the new system first before they will consider allowing it.
