  Wonders will never cease! I also, lived the same issues with FS2004 and CFS3 which began some time in the past months. Located at KB3086255 was updated and deleted and everything seems to work again.

  You must sign under an administrator account. Here are a few options:

  • Log in under the account that you have invited to create when you started Windows for the first time. This account is an admin account and will remain an administrator account, unless that explicitly downgrade.

  What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

  You try to say you want to prevent other users to download programs?
  If so,.
  1. don't let them use your admin account.
  2. don't let others know what your password is admin change it if it is already known to others.
  3 setting up an atandard for them user account. Standard user account has privileges to download, install, change settings, etc. etc.

  It is because this isn't 'really' a newspaper, in itself.
  This is a Search of the newspaper (and there is MUCH more that most people know), filtered to show all events in administrative type.
  The source column shows you which newspaper it came from originally.

  To get rid of them, you will need to erase all records.

  If you want to get an idea:
  Go down to the Applications and Services logs, and expand.
  Microsoft, expand it.
  Then Windows.
