  My goal is to automate the replacement of the connection on a Win7 x 32 machine wallpaper using vbscript. I know which will involve a change of register, create a folder and copy my image in the new folder. I can't use a packaged solution, because it's for my PC to work (outside the unauthorized programs), and I don't want to take the time to do this manually every time I'm on another PC or a virtual PC that is cleared to a State of origin on a regular basis.

  If anyone knows a vb script that already does, it's phenomenal. If this isn't the case, I try to find the best MS community forum to ask questions of syntax when working on the VBscript code.

  Please I need some wisdom... I'm trying to reinstall XP. However a member of the forum here named Meier has posted previously that the R100 bios does not support so I'm tryin to boot from USB CD, USB CD-rom boot. Is this TRUE?

  Now, I don't have a USB FDD, just a combo of Asus USB CD player. Then how the hell am I supposed to reinstall windows? ! ? ! Any ideas?

  I'm afraid it's true, you will not be able to reload the OS or boot from a usb cdrom drive, since it is not supported by the bios, the only way to boot from a cd is to use a cdrom pcmcia (with a 16-bit connection).

  In the following video, Mr. Smith a first extrude text. Then, about 40 seconds, he takes his pencil and draw a line and it is automatically expelled. How the hell did do that? Looks like it is expelled as soon as it leaves his click. Am I just missing it does 'shift-control-e' to apply the same 3d effect immediately to his line?   Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

  There is really no way accurately guess in advance, with one of the reasons being that the options are available when you do this.  An option creates a recovery drive minimum with what is needed to repair the operating system.  Another option creates an image that is able to completely restore the operating system and its partition.  Thus, the size can vary from 4 GB to the size of the partition to the OS.

  Myself, I found as build-in recovery to be unreliable, especially those of Ms.  So instead, I use a third-party imaging/restoration solution known as Macrium Reflect.

  What I recommend is the following:
  (1) download and install Macrium reflect (MR)
  (2) run M. and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition (s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB key
  (3) use the option to create a CD or a USB startup key

  My experience is that SIR, when you use the option of Compression high, typically allows to compress the image file recorded at about 50% of the space USED in the OS partition.  This means that if you have a 40GB and 80GB OS partition is used, MR must only about 20 GB to store the image file.

  I use all the time and it usually takes less than 10 minutes to make the backup of the image and at the same time or less do a restore.  In addition, MR has the ability to add a recovery Boot Menu entry.  This then allows you to boot into Windows re, and then you can use it to do a restore - when you cannot start Windows!

  NOW, you have the means to restore a full system that works for the external hard drive or USB key in a few minutes.

  I'm sorry to ask this question here however, I have searched and searched for a forum where I can ask questions about Adobe Illustrator. The only thing I've found is a place where I can read other peoples issues. I can type a question, but below it says something like: you cannot create new documents. ????

  I am a newbie to Ps and (and other adobe products) and be able to come on these forums is a huge help and save time.

  So, anyone know at all where I can post a question about Illustrator? I'd appreciate your help with a link or any other information you may have on the forums of the AI anymore.
