So, let's see if I understand the situation:

    (1) you have a Google account with emails and calendet

    (2) you want to synchronize

    (3) access was denied by Google when you tried to authenticate your account

    Right?

  • How to access Google search on the mobile page tools?

I use Firefox 23 for Android, and when I'm on the pages of Google search there is no search tool, so I'm not able to refine the search, or the location, time or adjust the results. How can I get this functionality without using the option "Ask Site Desktop" as this page allows the browser to run slowly.

It is entirely up to Google to determine is that they want to serve the same content to Firefox as they decided for other browsers. We simply render the content they serve; It is for them to serve it to the browser. Nevertheless we are actively outreach to Google trying to determine what they need Mozilla in order to comply with compatibility, sometimes is tech related and he is sometimes undertaken related.

I just installed the add-on Compatibility Reporter - it can activate other add-ons considered as incompatible.
It seems to work fine - after restarting Firefox twice (if required) it magically brought back my toolbar Google, and Google Gears.

  • Can't access Google and firefox is slow

I'm currently under Firefox 42.0. I'm unable to access google.com and Firefox runs very slow time (for example about 20 seconds to load a page). Using internet explore I can access google.com and load web pages in seconds. When I try to access google.com , I get the following message "this connection is untrusted" without option to get around. I restarted Firefox in safe mode with disabled and also refreshed Firefox Add-ons, but I still have the issue. I don't have an antivirus application installed. After the update, I should add an exception to use yahoo.com (i.e., I understand that the risks add exception).

"c. uninstall Firefox from the Windows Control Panel go to"start "->" run"and type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto then find the folder called mozilla and delete."

Step c. worked and now I can access google.com , and Firefox is no longer slow.

Yes, before I uninstall Firefox via the control panel. This time, I uninstalled via the Control Panel, removed the "mozilla" folder and restarted my computer.

  • Thunderbird 38.3.0: No writable calendars are configured for the invitations with the provider for Google Calendar 1.0.4

    Hello

I searched many hours today in the internet and your forums, but it seems that this problem is not solved yet:

No writable calendars are configured for the invitations with the provider for Google Calendar.

My Thunderbird is 38.3.0 and the provider for Google Calendar 1.0.4.

I put calendar.google.enableEmailInvitations; true but it did not help. I also tried [email protected]... @googlemail.com. Calendar works fine, it syncs, I see all the entries etc. But I can't accept invitations even IF she must have write access.

What can I do? Is there a solution for this?

    Thank you!
    Daniel

Use CalDAV here to access Google Calendar via lightning. I have no experience with the add-on of the provider.
In any case, it is my understanding that you must assign an e-mail address to a calendar in order to be able to accept the invitations for this calendar. I see that in your screenshot.
You can try to remove the Google calendar in lightning and re-create it. Given that all the data is on the server nothing will get lost.
Or you may want to try CalDAV.

  • Why Google Calendar is now insensitive to 31.0 FF?

My roommate (an avid user of Apple) and I share a Google Calendar. Until a week ago, I could open Google calendar in Firefox (v31.0) and just add my events. Now, nothing does, click nothing. If I use Chrome, all is well. FF is my browser of choice. Some parameters of mine made to change somehow? Must I change?

    Hello

Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that disables certain parameters, disables most Add-ons (extensions and themes).

If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

    • In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button

      click Help

then select restart with disabled modules.

    • In previous versions of Firefox, click on the Firefox button in the upper left of the Firefox window and click help (or click on help in the Menu bar, if you do not have a Firefox button) and click on restart with disabled modules.

If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Mode safe mode as follows:

    • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
    • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
    • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
(you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

  • Best way to work with Google Calendar (Apps for Business)

    Hello world

    According to this article:

    http://www.Theverge.com/2013/3/25/4141184/Windows-8-mail-calendar-people-app-updates

-the upcoming update for applications Mail, calendar and people will remove its support for Google calendars in the calendar application. I use my Surface to connect to my schedule of work, which is hosted by Google Apps for Business. Even if Google haven't removed Exchange Active Sync support for paid on behalf of Google, the article above suggests that Microsoft is.

Are there apps compatible CalDAV calendar for Windows RT (Nothing obvious to search the store/web)? Also, can anyone recommend an easy way to continue to access Google Calendar.

    Thanks in advance,

    George.

    Hello GeorgeBeckett,

I would recommend the Google Search of the store application. It's actually 14 Google apps in one alone, including Calendar, Gmail, Utube and many others. Once your connection it will keep you connected all day.

  • How to fix this when starting my computer is configured for Firefox/Google calendar of starting but now opens a duplicate site that I must close.

My computer is set on boot-up the top, my Google calendar is open in my Fire Fox browser. However, after a recent update of Windows 7, it opens now duplicate Google calendars. (The URL is identical except for the case in some regions) Then I have to close the calendar in double before working on the default calendar. How can I eliminate duplicates.

    How do you start Firefox?
You open a link in default browser (internet shortcut) or you open Firefox directly?

Try to reset the default browser and temporarily set another browser as your default browser.

You can use the MSConfig program or the Autoruns utility to see what software is getting started.

  • Google Calendar stopped loading on Firefox 16 & 17. Was working before. Works in other browsers

All of a sudden, when I try to load Google Calendar, it hangs on "Loading"... ». I used it for several months without problem. It works fine in other browsers. I can access other Google services such as gmail. I tried to delete cookies, but it does not work. I upgraded from 16 to 17 without change.

When I tried to load LinkedIn on Firefox, I got a basic version BACK. That's when it dawned on me that my problems with Google calendar began after I clicked "use the basic version" when he took a long time to load (probably because of the ISP) and I was able to load a basic version of the calendar.

So I reset Firefox and that solve problems.

Also, when I go to enter a new event in google calendar, I have to click the cursor in the field type of the event (it used to let me just start typing) or else he bends and begins to jump to the day view or another month.
