  I have a HP Pavilion DV7. When I click on Google in the toolbar, it just hangs up and ends by tells me that it cannot display this webpage. The only way that I can never get to Google is actually typing the IP address each time. Does anyone else have this problem? I ran a full system scan and Norton 360 can't cure. This happened almost since I bought the computer a little over a year.

  I can access it with my version of Firefox. If you find the question with any specific site behavior, consider clear cookies. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Click the menu button

  • Under define Firefox history : to use the custom settings for history.
