  What you were doing was equivalent to throw out your safe master key. Not a good idea. Here's how you can recover from this error:

  1. Set your BIOS so that it uses the DVD drive as its primary boot device.
  2. Start the computer with your Windows 7 repair CD.
  3. Press a key when prompted to boot from the DVD.
  4. Select 'PC Repair' in the menu.
  5. Select 'Repair' when prompted.
  6. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
  7. Configure Windows to a point before you disabled the admin account.
  8. Instead of disable your own and only the account admin, you now need to create, test, and document an alternative admin account, same as you have a spare emergency House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.

They used to access my account, buy a ton of Xbox games and more. I reported it, and Microsoft quickly locked the account because he had been the subject of fraud. They me refund all the money, but never unblocked the account. Then when they did, they foolishly sent me confirmation of it on the account has been locked.   Try these steps and check the result.
  Step 1: Check in safe mode
  a. see start your computer in safe mode
  b. check if the admin user account is listed.

  Step 2: If there is no admin account, then restore the computer to an earlier time in the Windows recovery environment (WinRE)
  a. Insert the Windows installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
  b. press a key when you are prompted.
  c. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.
  d. click on repair your computer.
  e. click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
  f. in the System Recovery Options dialog box, click System Restore.
  g. once the system restore is complete, check if the admin user account.

Without being able to do this, SkyDrive doesn't really serve much of a purpose for me so if I can't find an easy way to transfer files on and outside of it, I don't think that I'm likely to use it in the future, much less buy more space.

  You should be able to see at least the content of the CD if you their finalized correctly when you burn in Win2k. The problem is finding a program that can read the old format Wordperfect BACK. So please clarify what you mean when you say you can't 'read CD '.
