How to actually connect to cancel the subscription

I logged on my Adobe account to cancel the following composition:

Creative single-app cloud membership for Acrobat Pro DC (one year) (Mac/Win, several languages)

Subscription price US $ 14.99/mo

US $ 0.90/m

Total amount of US$ 15.8/mo

I clicked on "plans and products" and then "manage plan, then 'cancel the plan'."

Then click on 'contact customer service' in pop the window go through this series of steps
