  As others have said it looks like a difference in operating system.

  If your Oracle is installed on a UNIX based server then the file will be written using Unix style line breaks that are just newline characters.
  In Windows environments a line break is considered to have been made of the pair of characters/line carriage return, not just the line break.
  Some applications such as MS Word or Wordpad can read Unix linefeeds style and interpret them as imagine you it as a line break. However the notebook doesn't work.

  When you transfer the file from Unix to Windows, usually this is done using an FTP based mechanism. If you transfer the files in binary mode FTP, then each byte of the file is transferred because it is UNIX, and the file will essentially be a unix on a windows system file. If, however, you transfer the files (from Unix to Windows) using the ASCII FTP mode, then whenever FTP encounters a newline character it will convert to a pair of return newline/carriage of characters, so that the file is correctly displayed in Notepad. Even if you transfer files from Windows to Unix in ASCII mode, then return carriage/newline pairs of characters are converted to just one line break character to make the file compatible Unix. Note, you should not transfer binaries in ASCII mode as it may corrupt and them, it is only intended for text based files.

  to retrieve the data from the file. But that seems to be a way very unsafe to do things. Of course, it is unlikely that someone will use, preference files AEscript as a door furtively, but it's always just security by obscurity.

  Is there a way to read data serialized into a file without using eval()? Or I have to roll-my-own parser / serialize to do safely?

  The call to dbms_xslprocessor.clob2file is in the cursor for the specific SQL loop.

  This is obviously the problem.
  The file is replaced with each iteration.

  Do not use a cursor at all.

  BTW, the directory in DBMS_XSLPROCESSOR parameter. CLOB2FILE must be an Oracle Directory object, not a literal path.

  If you open the file using IMAQ ReadFile... you will need to provide an Image create to allocate space... the entry specifies a type to read... but if the type of the stored data is not the type specified in the read file that is read the file as type specified, or the file does not all input values... (and no error is produced).

  Examples:

  Store a JPEG image single Percision floating point.

  Use a Creat file to specify that the file is read with the following types... with the following results

  Specified type Type reading resulting image

  U8 U8 8 bit image appears

  16I                               16I

  There are two methods to achieve this:

  (1) IMAQ GetFileInfo, who has quite a few outings involving details of the image.

  (2) read the JPEG file, which you can ungroup the image data to obtain the depth of the image, or other attributes of output.

  I would recommend the IMAQ function, because it is more detailed.

  Right mouse click on one of your JPGs, select properties and then select the button change. The rest should be easy.

  How is your document organized?

  I see a few possible sticking points and have some questions about the entire organization.

  Column D of low table contains three types of data: text time values ('Dates', ' Check # ") and numbers.

  Pick-up points are not dated.

  Some categories are listed in column A, others in column B in the summary table, which complicates the construction of the status of the category.

  1st row seems to contain a single merged cell. Numbers doesn't handle well merged cells and general advice in this forum was to avoid if possible.

  On the upper table (summary), the cells containing the month and year appear to contain values of time, put in shape to show only the month and year. If so, the values in these cells can be used to compare with the dates in column D of the overall picture as one of the conditions SUMIFS.

  How many times the third tab/sheet is duplicated to create a new worksheet "power book"? (The label in line 1 of table book suggests it happens once a month, with a new race of ledger sheet (and table) for each calendar month).

  Are there duplicate names in the categories for items of products and expenses? (for example. 'Various')

  The General form of SUMIFS by category, date or after, dates before three conditions is as follows:

  SUMIFS (sum of the values, test values, condition, test values, condition, test values, condition)

  For arrays. the formula in the column of June 2016 of the summary table, then filled to the bottom, would be:

  EOMONTH(A1,0) will GET (I$ 1.0) + 1 calculates the value of time of the last day of the month in I1 and adds a day.

  The formula has not been tested, but should work on the income of the values is the table indicated in your post and return 0 results (or error triangles) for categories of lines until the dates are given in these lines in column D of the running of the expenditure accounting table.
