  I made a custom button 'skin' because I want my buttons to be images with NO box or border around it and it works well, but I don't know how to add the functionality of the button. ex.   If you want to enlarge all the icons in the taskbar, and then increase the point size of buttons of legend to a larger number of advanced appearance settings.
  Follow these steps:

  1. click on start, Control Panel, personalization, window color and appearance.
  2. on the window color and appearance, click "Classic appearance open for more color options" (link below).
  3. in the box "Appearance settings", click on the button "Advanced".
