• Installation of Illustrator CS6 through creative cloud failure. Help?

  I tried to install Illustrator yesterday through creative cloud and the process has failed. Other components (Acrobat, InDesign, bridge) has failed to install.

(I tried a couple and it's not really easy to find the answer, unless I have paste the error message into Google!) Why Application Manager thinks it is installed, when it is down?
