  Since you say that there is no other users on your computer

  I suggest the following steps.

  Method

  Step 1

  You can check the status of your user account.

  1. Accounts of user opened by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel,
  2. Click user accounts and family safety,
  3. You will be able to see the name and account type.
  4. Check if you are shown as an administrator
  5. You can change the account type by clicking on change your account type.

  Step 2
