To get the phone and Chat options contact please make sure that you are connected using Adobe ID associated with your membership.
There is no subscription under the ID that you used to post on the forum so you can use a different ID/email address for you membership.

I tried to cancel my CC account for half an hour and we found many people with the same sense of frustration.
I don't see a link 'Manage the Plan', what a link 'Manage Team'.
I was in the loop without end of support questions after clicking on a link to left support background - it's a wall of bureaucracy and it's extremely frustrating.
In addition to this, I clicked on a link to a help article, but the site asked if I wanted to see the my local version but it redirected to the local version of the CC homepage instead - and clicking on the link of the guard article redirect me to the home page!
Is there a simple way is:
-Cancel my account?
-Chat with support?
Both are reasonable requests of the IMO, and I don't see why it is so painful - these games are frankly shameful.

How to cancel a document sent for signature?
I am a new user.
After completing the form for "Get a Document signed", I forgot to check the box "overview, positioning the signatures and add form fields" until I clicked 'send '. Thus, the document is now out for signature and I want to cancel it and start over. How do I do that?
Fortunately, I had added my email address in the box 'To' as the first in the list of signatories. I also had selected the option 'In order', so he is waiting for me to sign in first before sending the document to the next person. Hey there, I was wondering if someone could help me to undo a mistake I made. I usually edit in Photoshop and Lightroom, and usually I click on 'Import disc settings' when exclamation dialog box passes over an image in my Lightroom Catalog. Today I clicked on 'replace the settings' by mistake instead, and I need to change it back so that my Photoshop for new changes are visible in Lightroom.
