  I don't know why it should not work on your machine, but you can reset your password like this:
  1. click on start.
  2. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
  3. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter
  4. click on "run as Administrator".
  5. type the following command:
  NET user "user %%nom" xxyyzz {Enter}
  (Replace the password you want to use xxyyzz)

  If you have forgotten the password to the network, you can log into your router settings and see if the security key is available here. If this isn't the case, you may need to reset the router to factory settings and set up the network again.
  
  NOTE: to restore the default settings on a device, will erase all the customizations you made.  You will lose all configurations that are saved in the device.
