  Video Full HD is shot at a resolution of 1920 x 1080, which is an aspect ratio 16:9 fixed.  Standard definition video is shot at a resolution of 640 x 480, which is a fixed ratio of 4:3 aspect.  This cannot be changed as it can for still photo shooting.

  iMovie has can't distort clips entry to change the image format.  You will need to do this before you import it into iMovie using for example HandBreak (https://handbrake.fr/).

  Ive configured ootb engine for rendering, not any external engine.

  I use PreEle 10, Win-7.  Images .jpeg individual used to have a timing of 5 seconds ea. When you drag in the timeline.  Now, they give you 10 dry.   So I want to crop a 16:9 video that may be too broad for Instagram for something closer. However, this leaves a black bar on the side of the video instead of changing the resolution and the aspect ratio of the video.   It seems you are pretty new, so the instructions of Peru Bob may not seem so simple. If you create a large number of videos of Instagram, it may be interesting to create a custom sequence preset to your clips. I'll try and keep things simple!

  1. go to file-> new sequence

  2. we are going to choose a generic predefined here and customize. Simple Digital SLR click-> 1080 p-> DSLR 1080 p 30.

  3. go to the settings tab

  4. change the video frame of 640 x 640 size (I think that it's video resolution settings current instagram, but someone can correct me if Im wrong.

  5. to save you from having to redo these steps, click on save the preset down and name. Next time you make a new sequence, you can simply select this preset from the list.

  6. drag an item into your new sequence.

  7 when asked if you want to change the settings of the sequence, DO NOT. Keep the existing settings

  8. your video will look like HIGHLY cropped on all sides. Select it, go to the effect controls panel and open the properties path so you can adjust the scale and the Position if necessary.

  9. When you export, select H.264 format drop-down and keep the default preset. What are the best easier, safer, catch-all advanced options.

  Here's something that I put in place quickly based on the suggestion to use the interpolation. You could expand on that to increase the size of the image based on a percentage of the width and height or set the aspect ratio.

  Hello

  You cannot add true / resolution of the details of an image that is not captured when the photo was taken. Photo editing applications can adjust the sharpness, remove noise, etc., but they can't add true / resolution details and results may vary, massively, the photo and the filter/tool used (and configuration for tools).

  If you have reduced the resolution of the original image to store it on Google Drive, then I suggest that go back you to the use of the original image (if you still have a copy).

  How to change the color of the Outline tab?  I want to use a black style on my test program but the functionality of the tab have a white edge on the top and left sides in an attempt to give a 3d look.  I tried to play in the windows style but had no success.  Does anyone know how to remove it or change the color?  The closest I got so far is to put a basic theme of windows 7, which removes the 3d aspect.  However, this gives a white background on the tab pages that I just can't find a way to change CVI or windows.  Any suggestions?

  In Windows Vista Windows Picture and Fax Viewer has been replaced by the Windows Photo Gallery and there was an option to set the brightness, contrast, etc by using the Fix as you said.

  Unfortunately, this option is not available with the Windows Photo Viewer in Windows 7.

  However, Windows Live Photo Gallery has a number of easy to use tools for things like red eye fixing or clearing exposure and low light situations.
