  to generate a statspack you need one perfstat user, just check

  Select username from dba_users
  where username = 'PERFSTAT % % ';

  If the user exists, then you can create the snap and generate the statspack report, if the user is not that you need to create one with script

  Located on ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/spcreate.sql, when you run this script, it will ask to tablespace and password, then connect to the perfstat user and run snaps and you're done... then run spreport.sql to generate the statspack report

  As you can check sqlnet.ora, I guess you can also consult other parts of the file system, if you see if there is a portfolio at the location given (by the sqlnet.ora)?

  A more graphical approach could use owm (Oracle Wallet Manager).

  However we need the password in the portfolio, if you want to do something with this portfolio.

  Hi Sandeep,

  I think the best way is to extract data from HFM for the same POV that you have loaded FDM and check if it is the same.

  If you then use HFM 11.1.2.x version

  1. login to the application and go to the menu Administration / extract / data.

  2. set the POV that you have loaded the data, then unzip it. You can open the file unzipped in a notebook

  3. you can compare the file with the data file generated by FDMEE under Outbox folder.

  But what would you give all the data corresponding to the POV that you set. So please ensure that you have the correct POV, defined according to the export FDMEE.
