• My computer crashes when I start a game.

  Until recently, my computer was crashing when I start a game. I have checked my replaced CPU thermal compound, watched my CPU temp, but I still cannot understand why my PC crashes without warning. So as is the entire process of my PC crashing. So I run my game (for example Dota 2) I join a game, and then all of a sudden my PC just stop. No warning just black screen. My PC specs:

  I just buy an elitebook 2740.  When I hover over the battery and plug icon in the taskbar, it says do not charge battery.  I tried to uninstall the ACPI compatible driver in the Device Manager and scan for new hardware to reinstall it, and it worked the first time.  But now it does nothing.  When I open produced tune, I get an error message and the program crashes when starting the battery check.

  Yes, I downloaded and installed the BIOS and chipset drivers and followed by the shutdown sequence.  It's the job niow.  I called Technical Support and learned that the battery does not load when it reaches a certain percentile because the computer recognizes it has a good charge.  When it is less than 95% fresh or so, it will load.  Mine does not work correctly.  Appreciate your help, I wasn't aware of this design feature before now.  Overall it was a good exercise.

• All computer crashes when you play Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 (Blue Blue without seeing screen?)

  When you play Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 , my laptop Toshiba Satellite A215-4757 freezes (sometimes after about half an hour, or sometimes less than 5 minutes).  The game has worked until I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (earlier version of windows: Vista Home Premium 32-bit .)  As far as I know, all my drivers are updated and regular, programs such as Firefox and Outlook will work perfectly.  I'm not sure my other full-screen games, as I have not tried to play them again.

  I have the game in compatibility mode for XP SP2, but before that I did, the same error occurred.

  The error when I finally force close and turn on the computer named blue screen (although when the computer froze, there was no blue screen, just the image of the frozen game, and the sound was still running like nothing happened.)  I don't remember the other information contained in the error.

  Chronology of the error:

  • I opened the game and it loads fine.
  • I go through the menus and select the park that I want to play and it loads fine.
  • I'll be working or seeking / everything I do at the Park, when suddenly it freezes.
  • I turned off the computer and turn it back on.
  • Startup takes a little longer than normal.
  • Windows opens the error message (which I don't remember the details.)

  More precisely what I mean by freeze (obvious, maybe, but just try to be specific as possible):

  • No mice.
  • Without ctrl alt del ability.
  • No capacity alt tab.
  • No windows key capability.
  • Necessary to force to stop with the button on the computer.

  Any suggestions?  Also, I'm not sure what other information you need to know, so if there are more details, just ask.

  Unfortunately, Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 is not compatible with Windows 7. You must have the Windows xp mode in order to install and run it.

• Intel Graphics Driver crashes when you start Photoshop CS6 on Vaio SVF15319SNB

  I bought a Sony Vaio SVF15319SNB and it asked me to upgrade to 8.1 Windows for free.

  After this update, I've updated all the drivers required Sony Vaio update and after you have installed Adobe Creative Suite 6 to use this product.

  Unfortunately, this is where the problem started. Not only runs Photoshop CS6 extremely slow and lag on my machine (which has a decent configuration and 4 GB of ram to work properly), but almost every time I boot up Photoshop, my driver intel graphics crashes and I get a message saying "Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 8 (R) stopped working and have been recovered" or something like that. This post, my Photoshop has erradicaly. When I do get this message, Photoshop works very well except be lag, so I guess that which directly has something to do with the compatibility of the Intel with Photoshop graphics driver.

  I tried the Intel graphics driver update but discovered that even if an update is available on the Intel website, Sony has still not launched a support for Vaio version.

  When I was going through the Event Viewer logs, I found that there are two or three events (warnings) that are generated by the system which seems scary as ideally a new machine should not generate too many warnings.

  Any help on this would be appreciated.

  When playing online, I found that it is a typical problem with Photoshop CS6 in machines having 2 graphics cards (1 built-in to the motherboard, 1 adapter dedicated graphics - nvidia in my case). The default configuration for machines with double adapter is to automatically select the best card for an application.

  When Photoshop CS6 is trying to load, it tries to select the graphics card tailored to this effect by running sniffer_gpu.exe. It is this module crahses and in turn is also crushing Intel graphics driver. Due to this accident, Photoshop freezes when opening any file (regardless of the size of the file or its format).

  Solution that has been open you view the settings of the adapter and the whole Photoshop CS6 and sniffer_gpu.exe for photoshop to use a graphic adapter special at all times - I have updated my nvidia card. That isn't it - crahses more or freezes and all is well!

  I hope this helps other troubled users also!

I therefore went into my computer and right-click on the driver to open the disc so I could install it elsewhere instead, but it freezes on me. I tried a couple times, but it keeps freezing. And the only way to stop the gel's out the disc deluxe double sims 2. I'm reallly need help with this problem.

  You can try to start the computer in a clean boot state, try to install the game and check if this solves the problem.

  Start your computer in a clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

  Original title: Pc and printer error.

  Hi every time I turn on my pc printer freezes / crashes. Cannot use the keyboard or the mouse, the only option is to activate all power (including printers) off and reboot the system. I tried to turn on the printer before turning on the computer, but whenever I try to print anything it happens again.

  This has only started to occur recently, before I was able to print anything.

  Any suggestions? I tried Epson (printer make), but they say it's a matter of microsoft systems and that it is a USB conflict... thks

  You did it of any material changes or software on the computer before this problem?

  In order to diagnose the problem, you can check in the event viewer if there is no error code/message.

  You can perform the cycle of power on your computer and check if the problem persists:

  a. disconnect all external devices from the computer.

  b. press the power button on the computer for 10-15 seconds.

  c. restart the computer & then connect the charger.

  OK so I have a HP G62 laptop with all the default material, i3 processor 4 GB RAM and 320 hard drive. I recently bought fallout 3 because I played at the home of a friend and really liked. Unfortunately I have windows 7 and it is not compatible with fallout 3. I contacted Bethesda and all I got was basically try compatibility mode and if this does not work then you are out of luck. I traveled form after form and nothing don't suggested someone worked. My question is that when I open the game I click New game and after selecting the Yes it option loads for a bit then crashes and I get a window saying that Fallout 3 has stopped working, please wait while windows looking for a solution, and then it does nothing. I tried everything I found, and literally nothing has worked. I need a solution to this please. I'm sure that something must be able to fix it. Also if you have a solution please explain in detail how it do I can save me from my ever growing headache. Thank you.

  I have a 5 year old computer that directs that a measure based Studio 6.0 program Visual C++ using 6071E PCI data acquisition. I did not modify this program but tried to install Labview 8.6 so that I can run some based Labview programs that I wrote recently. In the process, I had uninstalled Measurement studio accidentally but it then reinstalled back with the data acquisition driver. This program of Visual C++ 5 year, written by someone else, now causes the computer to freeze at random times once it begins to run. I tried everything from audit of spyware, lack of RAM etc but have not been able to fix it.  Could someone help me? I was faced with this for more than 15 days now...

  The former C++ program using NITimer (measurement studio provides it?) to do a function call every 25 milliseconds which checks the values of voltage DAQ and update the screen. Change the timer event to be generated every 75 millisecs led to the fall of 100% to 60% CPU usage. Accidents produce is no longer. How this incorrect code, used to work without crashes earlier remains a mystery to me. If someone knows the parameters to the MAX, or a place that makes a program to run in real time priority and therefore cause these programs to run without crashing, let me know.

• Illustrator CS5 crashes when you start Mac OS Yosemite

  Hello Adobe forum.

  For the last few days I tried to fix my Illustrtator CS5 app, but it hangs during startup.

  I got a new Mac Book Pro. I transferred all my files and I did a clean install of my Adobe CS5 Suite Design premium. (I made sure it was disabled on my first computer laptop too)

  All CS5 applications works except Illustrator. I also made sure to be updated on the CS5.0.2 patch, removed the Preferences folder, deleted the cache of police... uninstall - reinstall -... and yet once again, but no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also here is the error report.

  That's what I would have recommended. Have you tried to update the plugin Extensis. In my view, that there is a new for Yosemite.

• Computer crashes when you use the RunAs service.

  The computer stops responding completely after using the RunAs service. Microsoft Word hangs intermittently so. I checked for bad RAM and malware. I think an OS reinstall will fix this problem. It is Windows XP SP3. It's a Dell.

  This is another program that has been installed recently and that has caused the problem.  I had to restore the computer from a previous point to get the problem cleared up.

  System: 10.9.5

  Was CS6, and everything was fine.

  One point, had to move to CC in another studio...

  Thought it wasn't a problem because I am in a CC text.

  But after I installed first Pro CC on my Mac, I had the very unpleasant surprise to discover that it crashes at startup,

  Displays this message:

  Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any compatible video conference module...

  (Yes, it's the French for: Adobe PP could find any compatible video player)

  Any ideas would be much appreciated!

  Hello

  Please go to the following location to move the Adobe folder on the desktop,

  User library > Application support >

  User library > preferences >

  Make sure that you are in the library user not in the library system.

  Access the hidden user library files. Mac OS 10.7 and later versions

  Please rename the Adobe folder in the documents to old.adobe

  Now try and launch.
