How to configure both HTTP listening ports?

Hello

We have two applications is SALES and other is DSS, both are running on the same form and report server, by using the URL below:

http://hostname.domain .com:7777/Forms/frmservlet?config=Sales

http:// hostname.domain.com : 7777/forms/frmservlet? config = dss

SALE application accessed from inside the local domain, and

DSS access from outside the area.

So, we put this port 7777 # as open on the firewall for users the and remote, this parameter

DSS users also have to display the login screen by using the URL: http://hostname.domain.com:7777/forms/frmservlet?config=sales

Problem is we want to configure a different port # inseated 7777, and this port will have access only from the Interior of the field.

So, how we can configure HTTP two ports on the forms and server 10g?

OR

Is their any solution to ensure the envoirnment?

In the httpd.conf file , add a line like

Listen 7780

7780 with your change. Restart the HTTP server.

    ALTER system set local_listener ='(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = ip-10-0-0 - 216.ec2.internal)(PORT=1522))'

  • How to configure which pin a port contains and how are named pins and ports?

    To use GPIO ports / pins, it is necessary to know the ports' / name - pins or ID. The question is: how to set wich pins belong to that port and what IDs and the names of each pin and the port have?

    No, you're right.

    Port/pole numbers will be specific to the implementation.  It's one of those situations "where the rubber meets the road."

  • Listening port configuration Oracle reboot without touching listener.ora?

    Hello

    during the installation of a database in oracle restart the environment, right now I'm adding a listener to data through srvctl like this:

    srvctl add listener-l o LSNR_ ${Database} {ORACLE_HOME} Pei "TCP: ${PORT}".

    srvctl setenv listener -l LSNR_$ {Database} t ORACLE_BASE = ${ORACLE_BASE}

    In addition, I add the appropriate to the listener.ora corresponding lines: (example)

    LSNR_PLAY =

    (DESCRIPTION_LIST =

    (DESCRIPTION =

    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP (PORT = 8029))(HOST = sol001.hypoport.local))

    )

    )

    ADR_BASE_LSNR_PLAY = / ora01/app/oracle

    ENABLE_GLOBAL_DYNAMIC_ENDPOINT_LSNR_PLAY = WE

    ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_LSNR_PLAY = WE

    It works as well for a long time I I'm not touching any configuration of the listener. But when I'm trying to change some parameters of the listener, an oracle agent rewrites the listener.ora file on its own in order to reflect these changes.

    So I wonder if I can completely jump to touch the listener.ora on my own file and let this agent to this work, while all configurations with srvctl (or maybe lsnrctl). But it would take to activate / ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS way ENABLE_GLOBAL_DYNAMIC_ENDPOINT permanent using these utilities. Is this possible? How?

    THX

    Robert

    ==================================

    IG is 11.2.0.4

    DB is 11.2.0. [34]

    So, just adding

    ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_ = WE

    to the listener.ora just. Everything needed is generated by an agent of the basic config with "srvctl add listener." Other "lsnrctl set" specific settings must be entered manually on the listener.ora if necessary.

    Thank you.

    you need to change the powers of oversight for the EMGC_GCDomain reflect the new administration server port.
    Go to the target-> Middleware-> EMGC_Domain
    Select Configuration of the target-> supervision of the identification information in the drop farm
    Change the Port field
    Return to the menu drop-down firm and select Refresh WebLogic Domain-> Add targets to update
    The objectives of OHS and Server Admin should now appear in the console. I checked on my test site.

    Hello

    I updated the apex listener port 8080 and it does not give this error now.

    However, he always says "Database connection by default not configured correctly"

    I gave the name of SID as xe, which is the default value and that the correct SID for my DB also.
    >

    SID = xe is correct since you are using 11g XE.

    What is more important, is that you may be able to access the Apex Application Builder via the ApexListener or not.
    If Apex is not accessible, then the thing to check would be the Apex_Public_user password. Can you connect to XE using Apex_Public_user with the password that you provided when setting up the ApexListener?
    Also make sure the Apex_Public_user and 2 other users ApexListener 2.0EA, are UNLOCKED.

    See you soon,.

    As its name suggests, close listener of popup is called when popup is closed so you can not do this.

    If you want to display the popup message, use your own buttons instead of the ok/cancel default buttons and close the popup programmatically.

    The client configuration is the same as the server:

    1. create the portfolio.

    2 creating CSR and copy it in CA.

    3. the CSR signal with your certificate root.

    4 copy signed CRT file and root of public certificate to the client.

    Heavy customers already contains the necessary files. For thin clients, it is necessary to install the full or instant client.
